Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare the organizational Structure at Macro and Minor levels for each unit to ensure that the objectives are achieved.
  • Prepare Manpower plan and Manage the recruitment and employment process to ensure that each vacancy is filled with the required competencies.
  • Prepare annual training plans, determine and identify technical and behavioral competencies for each job, and conduct training needs analysis to ensure the continuity of staff development and performance improvement.
  • Prepare all necessary training courses in the organizational databases (both mandatory and elective), monitor the improvement and measure the impact of training and development programs.
  • Prepare job descriptions for all jobs in order to determine the responsibilities, required Educational level and required level of experience for each job.
  • Prepare the annual salary, social security and health insurance budget and determine the annual increases, incentives and bonuses in order to determine the financial values required for human resources.
  • Prepare salary, social security and health insurance budget for each project by coordinating with finance department in order to determine the financial values required for human resources.
  • Measure how much a human resource is utilized for billable work against the resource capacity or availability and monitor level of effort and billability of all projects’ staff by coordinating with finance team.
  • Manage the employee performance appraisal process, identify and review key performance indicators for each job, input performance appraisal forms into HRMS, and prepare annual performance evaluation report to determine performance levels for employees.
  • Prepare and review HR bylaws, policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Prepare the basic data of HRMS, supervise the entry of all employee data into the system, prepare and review the workflow approvals cycle for all transactions to ensure the correct implementation of the system and extract the required reports.
  • Prepare salary scale and job grade (Career Path) structures and evaluate each job in line with the organization payment policy and the market value to ensure attracting the qualified resources.
  • Prepare and analyze employee satisfaction surveys (job satisfaction questionnaires, health insurance satisfaction, etc.).
  • Supervise the preparation of official letters related to the amendment of job titles, allowances, bonuses and salary increases.
  • Prepare work trip vouchers, determine per diems and allowances and enter them into the HRMS.
  • Develop and Implement of PSHEA (Protection of Sexual Harassment exploitation and Abuse) polices and procedures, conduct PSHEA periodic assessment and report concerns to top management.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or any related fields.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
