Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate selection to onboarding and orientation.
Promote a positive workplace culture; handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and labor laws.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems; provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and employee development.
Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and ensure continuous professional development across all levels.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and rewards programs; ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies; maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and labor regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
