- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Management information systems, or Systems engineering. (This certificate should be issued by Saudi authorities or equated by Saudi authorities).
- Minimum: 8 years experience
- 5 years in digital transformation-related field.
- PMP certificate is preferred
- COBIT and ITIL certification is a plus
- Experience in providing in managing technical services as per ITIL framework
- Experience in overall management and continuous improvement fields
- Problem-solving skills.
- Highly skilled in Communication, negotiations, and managing shareholders.
