Supporting the company's social responsibility programs.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys in coordination with the stakeholders in the company.
Executing the necessary advertising campaigns and providing media coverage.
Managing the official social media pages, also ensuring the efficiency of the content management system for social media sites, and following up on comments and inquiries received from exporters and those interested on all the company’s social media sites and media.
Providing public relations services and event management, also preparing social media material, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of editing media content.
Prepare press releases, and constantly communicating with the networks of journalists concerned with the company's business and the media.
Preparing, designing and editing publications and publications in Arabic and English in accordance with the Company Identity Manual.
Bachelor's degree in journalism, media or communication, or any related field.
At least 6 years of practical experience in the field of communication, media and public relations management.
Previous experience in the export industry.
The ability to develop and implement a communication and media strategy.
Full knowledge of media policies and trends.
Media, social communication management, and journalistic skills.
Experience in writing and editing news and press releases and preparing media reports.
Full knowledge of audio-visual and readable media tools.
Knowledge of protocols and public relations management.
Knowledge of how to build networks with the media.
