Responsibilities:

  • Handle all of administration work, follow-up of staff management, and health insurance.
  • Monitoring of warehouse, categorization of production, carrying out business purchases, and pursuing expenses of the fund.
  • Monitoring of daily sales and transactions with customers.
  • Inventory of daily Kiln  (pricing and inserting an item card for each item) and supervising the annual inventory in the exhibition and warehouse.
  • Receive customers and respond to incoming company phone calls.
  • Direct and indirect selling (retail or Wholesale), register and follow up on special customer requests within and outside the company with shipping companies, and gift wrapping (for local customers and travel purposes).  
  • Display the new items in the gallery after pricing.
  • Quality Control to identify defects after a product is produced and before it’s released. 
  • Perform inputs with systems and software applications.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department and review the daily sales statement, review these accounts and check them to review any errors if found, and follow up with customers for the purpose of collecting outstanding payments.
  • Deposit of daily sales with bank accounts.
  • Organizing appointments of the General Director and Deputy General Director.
  • Secretary work that varies from writing and following up with correspondence, saving different papers, documents, and organizing company files.
  • Attending all meetings and writing the meeting notes.
  • Working on the inventory program, invoicing and returns.
  • Following up with all shipping businesses considering the company’s exports and imports.
  • Helping the Executive Director and Director of Operations in all the managerial work.
  • Experience in proposal writing (PowerPoint – Excel etc..) 
  • Perform any other tasks required by the nature of work from time to time.

Qualifications: 

  • BA degree in any related field (advanced university degree is a plus).
  • 10 years of experience in any related field (7 years of which are in a managerial position).
  • Ability to handle stress, problem solving and team work skills.
  • Excellent skills in communication, management, follow up, supervision, handling of any arising problems, and development of procedural working methods in the  service sector.
  • The ability to use critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking), internet and MS office skills.
