Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Must have an engineering degree in Civil or Architect.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Aluminium Fabrication Industry as Operations Manager.
- Must be experienced in managing all operational works under his supervision.
- Should be familiar in arranging meetings with all operational departments to discuss about operational works for ongoing projects.
- Should be capable in developing coordination between operational departments in order to solve discrepancies raised for ongoing projects.
- Knowledge in scrutinizing project schedule and to monitor whether there are any deviations in work from the schedule and to report to higher management.
- Should have knowledge in planning software Primavera and MS Projects.
- Arranging meeting with Project Manager, Site Engineer, Foreman to discuss about work assessment for projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD are preferable.
- Excellent awareness is highly essential to coordinate with Sales Department regarding follow-up for technical submittals and shop drawings for approval.
