Participate in meetings with Global and regional teams, and review the global programs.
Handle the day-to-day communication with business HR teams to collect data and status updates and provide support to other HR teams during the implementation of purpose and belonging.
Conduct stakeholder identification and draft communication and change management plans for purpose and belonging-related programs and initiatives.
Execute communication and change management plans for related programs.
Support the implementation of the global succession planning of people and culture programs by applying the tools and templates shared by the global team and developing status reports
Collect names and contact information of vendors to be utilized during the initiatives; and collect information to inform vendor empanelment activities.
Propose KPIs to monitor the performance of people and culture programs and initiatives.
Manage coordination with other HR teams to develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
10 years of experience including HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential
Experience in any of these areas would be an asset: Diversity and inclusion program design and implementation, well-being/ wellness program design and implementation, succession planning program design and implementation, communication strategy development and execution, and change management.
Strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
