- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Understand the company’s product portfolio. (Side effects, uses, and competitive advantage).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals by presenting the benefits and features.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Regular visits to medical offices, hospitals, and pharmacies to provide product information.
- Build and foster strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as the marketing team, to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as medical affairs, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Participate in sales meetings and conferences to improve product knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. (Pharmacy, or medical background is preferable)
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales (or a related field).
- Proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- The ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
