Master degree in engineeering, preferably technical education.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position or in project management.
PC user (MS Office, Project, Excel, Visio, Power Point), very good command of English.
Responsibilities
Serves as supervisor on routine and more complex projects, including defining project scope, selecting consultants; changes orders and makes amendments; keeps the deadlines; monitors, reviews and coordinates project design; monitors contractor’s work and deadlines, coordinates other units participation in the project.
Prepares routine plans, designs, specifications, estimations and reports, including determining new factory materials and funding availability ; provides engineering expertise, reports.
Reviews private development plans submitted by developers, land owners and engineers for adequacy of application and conformance with plans and specifications. Provides technical advice to contractors, other professionals and the general public regarding policies, codes and regulations; assists in resolving technical problems.
Selects consultants, negotiates contracts with contractors and subcontractors and monitors their work onsite. Develops request for proposals and initiates tender procedures, evaluates the bids submitted and recommends contractors.
Represents Engineering Dept. during the meetings with local authorities, companies and representatives.
Perform any other tasks given by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidance, internal regulations and work performance instructions.
