Work with close cooperation with other HR colleagues, Marketing/Communication, and Branding teams.
The recruiter is expected to keep updated on market situation, recruitment trends, career pages, job boards, and fairs and to be able to search and attract candidates using different tools and communication channels and cooperation partners.
Consult with hiring managers/assignments to complete a detailed job profile and candidate specification to ensure a full understanding of requirements and time scales for the resourcing process.
Producing communications to a high standard and in accordance with employment legislation, company, and client procedures/guidelines.
Ensure SLAs and high business satisfaction are delivered.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job channels.
Screen and source candidates' resumes and job applications.
Test candidates using various test methods.
Conduct interviews according to the Interview guide and best interview practices.
Perform data analysis documents and up-to-date recruitment data in various resources.
Provide analytical and carefully documented recruiting lists to relevant hiring managers/employees.
Participate in regular weekly and monthly staff meetings.
Maintain the recruitment system records accurately.
Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
0-2 Years of Experience in the related field.
Intermediate English Language (B1, B2).
Applicable knowledge in HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools.
Applicable Knowledge in full cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
Having good time management skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.
