- Responsible for managing a team of Business-to-Business specialists in order to meet the company’s goals efficiently.
- Direct and assist the B2B team with ongoing projects and trainings.
- Plan and execute monthly strategies and plans to meet the sales objectives.
- Recruit, hire and train qualified sales candidates.
- Perform plan analysis which fits the clients’ requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related fields.
- Previous working experience in banks or insurance agencies.
- Technical background, with experience in selling technology software systems.
- Managerial background is needed.
- 7 - 10 years of experience.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
