Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize table turnover and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, bartenders, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Take guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and experience in budgeting and cost control.
