Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales team members.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handle key accounts and negotiate contracts with major clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitors’ activities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Implement sales automation tools and CRM systems to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
