- Making changes in the database according to customer requirements.
- Understanding the program and flow of code to provide quick solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with Product manager and programmers during the sales process of Company products.
- Proactively take measures to prevent risks that can be faced at the client side which are related to the smooth functioning of Company products and provide a risk mitigation strategy.
- Assure the development team provides timebound quality solutions to queries/bugfixes/ CRs raised by customers.
- Make awareness to the end-users at the client side of the benefits of using the Company software systems/ products/ portals and ensure that the client uses all available functionalities of the company products.
- Observing the application methods and procedures of the Company and coming up with any changes that reduce the cycle time and smoothen the process.
- Provide demonstrations on the Company software systems/ products/ portals to potential customers/ clients.
- Adherence to the company policies and procedures while implementing company products at the client side.
