Responsibilities
- Manage social media content on various platforms; LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Work directly with the marketing team to create coordinated targeted content.
- Analyze social media accounts to identify current trends.
- Be involved in developing and maintaining social media guidelines and strategies.
- Create engaging social media campaigns across social media platforms.
- Involved in creating and developing social media strategies
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the agency clients.
- Manage client feedback and approval process within the agency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, or in a similar field.
- 4 years of experience in social media in a marketing agency.
- Experience in using social media management tools.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication.
- Must be a team player with good time management as well as interpersonal skills.
