- Conduct client-facing activities, including product demos, workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as user manuals, functional and non-functional requirements, and system workflows.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand, define, and document new features.
- Support the Business Analysis team in requirement gathering, analysis, and backlog refinement.
- Ensure all product documentation remains current and accurately reflects the latest updates.
- Work closely with the BA team to draft user stories and continuously refine the product backlog.
- Liaise with development and QA teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of specifications.
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients for each release, as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in process modeling techniques, including workflows, wireframes, and user journey maps.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with a focus on accurate requirement elicitation and clarification.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Confident in presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and managing stakeholder discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
