- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at various levels.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is effectively communicated and understood by participants.
- Analyze training feedback and evaluation results to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancement.
- Research and recommend new training methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their training requirements and provide ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
