Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Support planning and coordination for events such as job fairs, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain databases or records as required.
  • Attend job fairs or external events to assist with setup, registration, and candidate engagement.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet office visitors in a professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Order office supplies and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Perform other clerical duties and support functions as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a good command of English.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team.
