Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to boost engagement and reach.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and audience feedback.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
• Proven experience using Canva to design high-quality social media graphics.
• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong written communication skills with a good command of English.
• Basic understanding of social media metrics and scheduling tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
