Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for local entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local GAAP and corporate policies.
• Review and validate financial statements, journal entries, and intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate with finance teams across departments or business units to gather financial data.
• Prepare and submit consolidated reports to regional or global headquarters.
• Support external and internal audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Monitor and implement updates to accounting standards and reporting regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and system efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants or reporting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with consolidation experience.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and familiarity with IFRS or other international standards.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
