Responsibilities
Ability to define how the engagement should impact broader business objectives and create a team environment that builds accountability and commitment to meeting engagement objectives

Develop new client accounts and maintain existing
Focuses on the client’s value-generating initiatives to accelerate the pace of change with ability to identify metrics to monitor and analyze performance against corporate goals.
Stays current with a client’s business and financial situation and understands financial impacts of proposed solutions
Manages and builds relationships with clients beyond immediate engagement needs and serves as a trusted advisor, setting aside personal agenda to strengthen interactions with clients
Takes control of challenging situations and disables escalated situations calmly by controlling their personal emotions and understanding emotions in others.
Participates and leads aspects of the proposal development process; assembles teams with the necessary skill sets and required knowledge to prepare sales materials.

Qualifications
10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in
Technology solutions implementation as project/program manager, solution/integration architect, integration lead
Software engineering
Systems integration
Has at least 5 years of experience in delivering complex multi-stream technology projects (systems integration, software development, package/vendor selection) 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team
Ability to navigate amongst major integration platforms, technology solution providers and packages
Proficiency in integration technology solutions, APIs and Microservices and key vendors
Proficiency in Kubernetes is a plus
Knowledge of major vendors and technology solutions for at least one of the areas: banking, telco, healthcare, cloud services
Having certifications in one or several project management methodologies such as: PMBOK, SCRUM, PRINCE2
Experience in Management Consulting Firm or big four companies is a plus
Experience working with system integrators or technology solution providers is a plus
Proficiency with major technology frameworks and methods (SDLC, Agile, Kanban, ITIL, CMM)
Knowledge of technology solution market landscape and key vendors.
Willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.
Has experience in business development with high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels
Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multidisciplinary team with ability to sell additional services to clients.
Ability to develop client relationships and open up sales accounts with existing, and new clients
