Responsibilities
Lead product definition by collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Own and continuously update the product roadmap to achieve business and customer goals.
Work with product, engineering, and research teams to define problems and develop effective solutions.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and market needs.
Translate customer and partner requirements into impactful product features that provide a competitive advantage.
Support sales and business development teams by designing tailored solutions for prospects.
Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback, understand requirements, and foster strong relationships.
Mentor product and business analysis team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Contribute to technical documentation, maintain product wiki pages, and track feature success metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably with enterprise or B2B products.
Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery and managing feature trade-offs.
Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate edge cases without compromising overall product quality.
Ambitious, curious, and passionate about innovating and building enterprise products.
Ability to identify, quantify, and prioritize market opportunities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of English.
