Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise sales and medical representatives across assigned regions
• Achieve sales, revenue, and distribution targets across product categories
• Drive execution of key sales fundamentals: numeric/weighted distribution, shelf share, and in-store visibility
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet sales goals
• Manage trade negotiations with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Translate national brand strategies into local execution plans
• Implement and track trade promotions, merchandising activities, and POS materials
• Ensure high brand visibility and compliance with merchandising standards
• Support new product launches through effective in-field activation
• Gather and share market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and trends
• Recruit, train, and develop the sales and trade marketing team
• Conduct regular field coaching visits to strengthen sales capability
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and compliant sales culture
• Prepare forecasts, business plans, and territory budgets
• Track KPIs and report on sales, market trends, and team performance to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales and trade marketing
• Proven success in managing sales teams and driving growth in competitive markets
• Strong understanding of trade marketing, retail execution, and distribution channels
• Experience in managing promotions, launches, and visibility programs
• Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills with retailers and distributors
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance tracking
• Hands-on field leadership style with strong team development capabilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Office and sales/reporting tools
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the consumer sector
