Mona Lattouf is a User Researcher, UX consultant and Quality Assurance Specialist.

Mona is the founder of UserTestingArabic LLC, a user experience research and testing platform that helps organizations and startups build products that users love. She has more than 11 years’ experience in Information Technology sector. She assisted many e Businesses to build better digital experiences for their users, such as Expedia, ZainCash and the Crown Prince Foundation. She has a B.S. in Business Information System. Mona has a vision to improve the quality and the UX of the eBusiness in the MENA region.
