Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email, online chat, or social media.
  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines.
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have.
  • Researching required information using available resources, keeping up to date on all products, and informing customers of new products.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design is a plus.
  • Perfect command in English.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to use the tools available in our platform to deliver the best service possible.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
