Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and potential target clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare high-quality business proposals, presentations, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and industry activities to generate leads.
  • Follow up with clients on proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve sales and business development targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional proposals and agreements.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
