Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage top candidates using various channels, including headhunting, social media, and job boards.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to match client requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with clients, and providing feedback.
Handle high-volume hiring projects efficiently while maintaining quality candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment.
Proven experience in headhunting and high-volume recruitment.
Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
