Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create and develop data warehouse architectures that efficiently store and retrieve data. Utilize various data warehousing technologies and tools, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation on data architecture, definitions, and technology solutions related to data storage and reporting.
• Data Modeling: Design logical data models that align with business requirements and facilitate effective data analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business intelligence analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable insights.
• Data Integration: Process, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency across the data warehouse.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement optimizations to enhance the efficiency of data warehouse systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree may be preferred.
• Experience: Typically requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in database systems, data modeling, or analytics.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL databases, ETL tools (such as Informatica or Talend), and data warehousing technologies (like Snowflake or Amazon Redshift).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of troubleshooting issues within data warehouse applications and implementing effective solutions.
