Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and IT equipment across all company locations.
• Oversee Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and ensure system optimization and high availability.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, access controls, patch management, and conduct regular security audits.
• Ensure effective disaster recovery, business continuity, data protection, and system backup strategies.
• Monitor network and system performance, preparing regular reports and maintaining updated technical documentation.
• Manage IT procurement, vendor coordination, and maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets.
• Support DevOps and cloud-related activities, including automation and environment management.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and contribute to strategic planning by evaluating emerging technologies and improving infrastructure efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network engineering.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Solid understanding of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Strong background in cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection, patching, and access control.
• Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
