Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the maintenance and operation of building facilities and utility systems to ensure optimal performance.
Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all building and utility operations.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility-related projects and improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive measures.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee external contractors as needed for specialized services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of building and utility systems.
