Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through exhaustive primary as well as secondary research.
  • Use social media platforms like LinkedIn to track prospective clients and establish contact.
  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
  • Sell the company’s products and solutions by establishing contact with prospects over the phone or email.
  • Develop productive relationships with prospects.
  • Prepare monthly sales and business development MIS reports for the Sales & Marketing Manager’s review.
  • Prepare presentations regarding the company’s products and solutions to be presented to the clients.
  • Maintain trackers and database of all existing and prospective clients, and update them on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Actively encourage the professional development of the sales executives.
  • Prepare and submit reports on the sales executives’ performance to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management.
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Sales CRM experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing and sales strategies.
  • Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
  • MBA in Marketing and Sales.
  • Diploma in IT.
