Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing expert advice on automotive parts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, including automotive repair shops, dealerships, and wholesalers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling automotive parts and accessories.
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the inventory management team to monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and manage backorders.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive parts sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
