Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFP documents to understand the scope of work and technical/business requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of proposal development, acting as the owner of the response documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams to build accurate, compelling proposals.
  • Prepare all components of the proposal including functional/non-functional responses, executive summaries, solution overviews, training and support plans, and project methodologies.
  • Build and manage checklists to ensure timely input from relevant departments (e.g., technical, project management, pre-sales).
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate information from internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Finalize and format soft and hard copies of proposals to ensure compliance and professionalism.
  • Track and meet tight submission deadlines for multiple RFPs and contracts simultaneously.
  • Create post-submission materials including presentations, clarification responses, and follow-up documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software pre-sales, proposal management, or a similar domain.
  • Strong familiarity with both high-code and low-code software development technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing full proposal cycles in response to public and private sector tenders.
  • Deep understanding of RFP structures and proposal components.
