Analyze RFP documents to understand the scope of work and technical/business requirements.
Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of proposal development, acting as the owner of the response documentation.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams to build accurate, compelling proposals.
Prepare all components of the proposal including functional/non-functional responses, executive summaries, solution overviews, training and support plans, and project methodologies.
Build and manage checklists to ensure timely input from relevant departments (e.g., technical, project management, pre-sales).
Collect, validate, and consolidate information from internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Finalize and format soft and hard copies of proposals to ensure compliance and professionalism.
Track and meet tight submission deadlines for multiple RFPs and contracts simultaneously.
Create post-submission materials including presentations, clarification responses, and follow-up documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in software pre-sales, proposal management, or a similar domain.
Strong familiarity with both high-code and low-code software development technologies.
Proven experience in managing full proposal cycles in response to public and private sector tenders.
Deep understanding of RFP structures and proposal components.
