Lead and coach the SDR team to meet monthly targets for booked and completed demos.
Oversee the sales team to achieve sales volume and deal closure goals.
Actively listen to SDR calls and coach team members on how to improve their outreach and lead qualification skills.
Foster skill development, motivation, and high performance across all teams.
Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and growing top talent for the sales organization.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales to improve efficiency and process management for all sales functions.
Support the enterprise and channel sales teams by providing sales operations insights, strategies, and tools to accelerate deal closures.
Create and implement scalable sales strategies that drive lead conversion and reduce sales cycle time.
Optimize the sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure, leveraging data-driven insights.
Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts and refine the sales funnel.
Liaise with product and customer success teams to share market insights and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Strong skills in sales operations and process optimization, with a track record of enabling sales teams to hit or exceed targets.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional playbooks, quotations, and sales materials.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle leadership, strategy, and operational responsibilities.
A collaborative mindset to work across teams and departments.
Fluency in English and Arabic
