Responsibilities:
Drive growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Monitor and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Design and implement a business plan to expand the company’s customer base.
Ensure strong market presence and brand visibility.
Negotiate and implement Yearly Business Development Agreements.
Manage objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting customer needs.
Partner with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Present sales review, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team.
Provide realistic sales forecasts and market analyses.
Stay fully aware of new products and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the supermarket/Mini Market channel.
Knowledge and familiarity with both the North and South areas.
Experience in the FMCG sector is required.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in more than one area in Jordan is an advantage.
