  • Drive growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Monitor and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Design and implement a business plan to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Ensure strong market presence and brand visibility.
  • Negotiate and implement Yearly Business Development Agreements.
  • Manage objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Partner with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Present sales review, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team.
  • Provide realistic sales forecasts and market analyses.
  • Stay fully aware of new products and competitive landscape.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the supermarket/Mini Market channel.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with both the North and South areas.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in more than one area in Jordan is an advantage.
