Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Review payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefits in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Handle complex payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR to maintain and update employee records.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Assist in year-end tax preparations, audits, and other payroll-related reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
