Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance and operation of building facilities and utility systems
  to ensure optimal performance.
• Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure
  efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and
  extend the lifespan of building systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building utilities, HVAC, electrical,
  plumbing, and other critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all building
  and utility operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility-related projects and
  improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and
  preventive measures.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external contractors as needed for specialized
  services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a
  related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, excellent problem-solving
  skills, and in-depth knowledge of building and utility systems.
