Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects or project tracks simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality for all assigned projects.
• Liaise with the implementation or advisory partner’s project managers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Proactively identify project risks, maintain a comprehensive risk register, and ensure timely escalation when necessary.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to manage potential issues.
• Prepare and deliver periodic project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for the Steering Committee and Executive Sponsors.
• Manage change requests, ensuring detailed impact analysis is performed prior to approval and implementation.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Project Managers and support them in resolving project challenges.
• Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational strategies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent project performance and transparency.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience overseeing complex, multi-track projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (required or strongly preferred).
• Experience in ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion or SAP.
• Experience in CRM/CX platforms such as Salesforce, Monday, Zendesk, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially for senior executive audiences.
