Responsibilities
Prepare and revise strategic and operational plans for the organisation
Coordinate needs assessments and data analysis to identify development priorities
Contribute to the design and development of projects and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives
Develop and implement effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems
Produce regular performance and results-based reports
Strengthen the capacity of field teams in MEAL tools and methodologies
Oversee the implementation of surveys and analytical studies relating to target communities
Develop data collection instruments and apply quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
Document best practices and lessons learned from programmes and projects
Liaise with government bodies, international agencies, and civil society partners for data sharing and joint planning
Represent the organisation in relevant planning and evaluation forums and events
Provide technical and professional supervision to the PMO and Research and Training team
Organise training workshops to enhance team capacity and performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Development Planning, Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in development planning, monitoring, and evaluation within non-profit or humanitarian organisations
Strong knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, project design, and MEAL systems
Proven experience in analysing and producing research reports and development studies
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Power BI
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
