Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise strategic and operational plans for the organisation
• Coordinate needs assessments and data analysis to identify development priorities
• Contribute to the design and development of projects and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives
• Develop and implement effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems
• Produce regular performance and results-based reports
• Strengthen the capacity of field teams in MEAL tools and methodologies
• Oversee the implementation of surveys and analytical studies relating to target communities
• Develop data collection instruments and apply quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
• Document best practices and lessons learned from programmes and projects
• Liaise with government bodies, international agencies, and civil society partners for data sharing and joint planning
• Represent the organisation in relevant planning and evaluation forums and events
• Provide technical and professional supervision to the PMO and Research and Training team
• Organise training workshops to enhance team capacity and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Planning, Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in development planning, monitoring, and evaluation within non-profit or humanitarian organisations
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, project design, and MEAL systems
• Proven experience in analysing and producing research reports and development studies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Power BI
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
