Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil and architectural works, including structural elements, finishes, façades, and fit-outs, using specialized estimation software.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and material take-offs to determine quantities and pricing, with a focus on high-end finishes and luxury standards.
• Research and evaluate construction materials, labor rates, and market prices to ensure current and competitive cost data.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure estimates align with design intent and project budgets.
• Provide cost inputs and breakdowns for project bids, tender submissions, and value engineering proposals.
• Track and monitor cost trends, supplier pricing, and market changes, updating estimates accordingly.
• Support post-tender evaluations and contract finalization processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost estimation for civil and architectural scopes, with a focus on luxury hotel, high-rise residential, or commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in estimation software such as CostX, Planswift, or similar industry tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and current market pricing for premium finishes and structural components.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to coordinate across design, procurement, and project management teams.
