Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with high-value commercial clients and institutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to identify their financial needs, analyze requirements, and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and implementation of banking products and services.
- Collect and report client feedback to support service improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage all sales-related documentation accurately, professionally, and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate client records and update customer information in the bank's systems.
- Monitor client portfolios and ensure all banking activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in committees, meetings, and projects as assigned, and implement approved decisions.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, sales, or a similar role (1 year of relevant experience preferred).
- Knowledge of banking products, commercial banking operations, and customer relationship management.
- Understanding of banking regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
