Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline across GCC markets.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers in government, public safety, security agencies, and technology partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Develop account plans and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and strategic accounts.
- Present technology solutions to technical, operational, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on proposals, demonstrations, and pilot projects.
- Develop partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology providers.
- Monitor tenders, procurement opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve agreed sales targets across the GCC.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and closing sales in technology, enterprise software, AI, digital transformation, security, or related industries.
- Established business network and access to decision-makers in one or more GCC markets.
- Experience managing complex B2B/B2G sales cycles involving government or enterprise customers.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and contract-closing skills.
- Ability to independently develop leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the GCC.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Experience in public safety, law enforcement, government, security, or critical infrastructure is an advantage.
- Existing relationships with regional system integrators, resellers, and technology partners are highly desirable.
