Treasury and Investment Sales Officer

- Execute sales of treasury, financial brokerage, and investment services and products in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Sell treasury, financial brokerage, and investment products to existing and target customers and acquire new customers through appropriate sales and marketing channels.
- Conduct field visits to existing and prospective customers to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Prepare customer visit reports and respond to customer inquiries regarding treasury services and products.
- Follow up on customer transactions related to treasury, financial brokerage, and investment services and products.
- Monitor cases of declining transaction margins and coordinate with the direct supervisor as required.
- Provide after-sales support and the necessary assistance to customers benefiting from treasury, investment, and financial brokerage products.
- Monitor local and global developments and changes affecting trading markets and communicate relevant information to customers in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Maintain and continuously update customer information in the customer database, including relevant procedures, activities, and field visit details.
- Collect customer feedback and opinions regarding treasury, financial brokerage, and investment services and products and report findings to the direct supervisor.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, transactions, procedures, and activities related to treasury, financial brokerage, and investment products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably at least one year in the same or a similar field.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and manuals related to treasury and financial brokerage activities.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to the area of work.
- Good understanding of relevant functions and the roles of different organizational units.
- Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
- Ability to think and work accurately and logically.
- Ability to develop and update work methods and procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Training or knowledge in financial and monetary markets.
- Knowledge of sales methods and techniques.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
