Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries.
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
