Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, planning, and coordinating meetings or appointments.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports in an efficient and accessible manner.
Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Support team members with travel arrangements, logistics, and general office needs.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure proper documentation for administrative processes.
Assist in reporting, record-keeping, and tracking departmental activities.
Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
4–6 years of administrative experience, preferably in the engineering industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document organization.
Strong planning, scheduling, and time management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Professional attitude, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
