Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, planning, and coordinating meetings or appointments.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports in an efficient and accessible manner.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Support team members with travel arrangements, logistics, and general office needs.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure proper documentation for administrative processes.
  • Assist in reporting, record-keeping, and tracking departmental activities.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of administrative experience, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document organization.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional attitude, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
