Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with program and project teams, including the Digital Transformation Office, to embed change management activities into delivery plans.
Conduct impact assessments for digital solutions and design communication, engagement, and training plans.
Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship to accelerate adoption and sustain change.
Coordinate with the DTO team to ensure alignment between change management activities and transformation objectives.
Track and report adoption progress, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong experience in applying change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) within large-scale transformation programs.
Ability to influence and engage senior executives and stakeholders effectively.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive alignment and commitment.
Strategic thinking with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
