Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with program and project teams, including the Digital Transformation Office, to embed change management activities into delivery plans.
  • Conduct impact assessments for digital solutions and design communication, engagement, and training plans.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship to accelerate adoption and sustain change.
  • Coordinate with the DTO team to ensure alignment between change management activities and transformation objectives.
  • Track and report adoption progress, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in applying change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior executives and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive alignment and commitment.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
