Responsibilities
Analyze current organizational structures, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, including process optimization and performance management programs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform recommendations for operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and change management strategies.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Office and Power BI to communicate findings and track progress.
Assist in developing policies, procedures, and guidelines that support organizational objectives.
Support training and development initiatives aimed at improving workforce productivity and engagement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organizational development and industrial engineering.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from GJU, JUST, or JU (preferred).
Relevant experience in organizational development, process improvement, or performance management.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Power BI.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
