Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with overall business and digital transformation goals
- Lead digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance
- Drive modernization efforts including automation, cloud migration, and business intelligence
- Oversee the in-house core system built on .NET and C# with Oracle Database, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ensure seamless integration of the core system with over 120 internal and external systems, including payment gateways and service providers
- Manage a mobile application developed in Flutter, focusing on performance, stability, and user experience
- Oversee app integrations with core systems and third-party APIs, and coordinate updates and feature rollouts
- Oversee data center infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, and cybersecurity
- Ensure high system availability, disaster recovery preparedness, and infrastructure capacity planning
- Maintain cybersecurity compliance with relevant regulatory and data protection standards
- Manage Cisco telephony systems, ensuring efficient call routing, system performance, and CRM integration
- Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams across software development, infrastructure, and support
- Establish and enforce IT governance policies, security standards, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including QCB and AML/CFT standards
- Oversee IT budgets, vendor contracts, and project delivery timelines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10–15 years of IT leadership experience within the Banking, FinTech, or Exchange industries
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Transformation and Information Systems Management
- Strong technical background in .NET/C#, Oracle databases, APIs, middleware, and network infrastructure
- Experience with mobile technologies, particularly Flutter
- Practical experience managing Cisco telephony systems and data center operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, ITIL, and ISO 27001 (preferred)
