Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for health supplements and baby nutrition products.
Manage advertising initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Lead creative campaign development, including concept creation, content planning, and performance analysis.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Monitor marketing KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, events, and industry forums.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Travel extensively (more than two weeks per month) across Arab and neighboring countries to oversee marketing initiatives and build brand presence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field (Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biology, Medical Sciences, or similar).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within health supplements and baby nutrition sectors.
Strong experience in digital marketing, advertising, and campaign management.
Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
Proven creativity with measurable results (successful campaigns, case studies, or innovative projects).
Honest, disciplined, team-oriented, and personable.
Fully willing to travel extensively, including more than two weeks per month outside Jordan.
