Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms and marketing channels.
Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
Assist in producing marketing materials such as graphics, blog posts, email campaigns, and press releases.
Maintain organized marketing assets, including photos, videos, and shared drives.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to support content creation.
Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, Nextdoor, or similar platforms.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Support planning and execution of in-person marketing events, trade shows, and company gatherings.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Handle administrative marketing tasks such as scheduling sessions, managing follow-ups, and maintaining collateral.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or communications.
Hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, Nextdoor, or similar platforms.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and content management systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.
